The Fondue Experience
There are few things more indulgent than a pot of molten couverture chocolate, kept warm and glossy at the perfect dipping temperature. Unlike ordinary chocolate, couverture is crafted with a higher cocoa butter content, giving it an exceptionally silky texture and a deep, complex flavour that coats everything it touches with a satiny finish.
At the heart of the experience is the fondue itself — a rich, flowing pool of tempered chocolate available in dark, milk, or white. The dark offers bittersweet depth, the milk a gentle caramel warmth, and the white a honeyed, creamy sweetness.
